Our carefully crafted classes are designed to challenge and invigorate - from high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions that push your cardiovascular limits to strength and conditioning classes that sculpt and tone your muscles.

NEW FEATURE CLASS: HIP HOP STEP

This is a high energy class combining step Aerobics with hip hop and R&B music. You will be taught the steps and can put your own flare to it as you like. All levels are welcome! Be prepared to have fun and sweat! This class is scheduled on a bi-weekly basis, please check the schedule for when the next class is.

PHNX FIIT

A full body high intensity interval training workout that will challenge your aerobic and anaerobic endurance while significantly improving your cardiovascular health. This class is fun, fast and good for the soul.

PHNX Flex (UPper & Lower)

A split-body workout focused on building maximum strength through barbell lifts and complex movements. Enhancing your technique while working with heavier weights and muscle specific training to develop a muscular and lean athletic figure.

PHNX FLOW (Kettlebell)

A powerful full body workout, improve your core strength and muscular endurance. Build balance, power and muscle using the multi functioning tool of the kettlebell. Kettlebells are excellent for improving muscle tone, body composition, body awareness, and overall strength. Kettlebell training is great for men and women of all shapes and sizes. Expect to Burn Fat and Sweat!

PHNX HYbrid Conditioning

Whether you want to train for your first hybrid fitness race, improve your time for your next one or just challenge yourself in a workout, our Hybrid Race Conditioning class is for you!

This 45 minute class is designed to help you prepare for a fitness race over the course of an 8 week program. It will include both strength and cardio exercises, focus on the main exercises used in fitness races or variations of them such as sled push, rowers and lunges.

PHNX FoCUS

These 45-minute classes are designed to focus on specific areas of the body. Expect to feel the burn! These classes are suitable for all levels.

Hip hop step

This is a high energy class combining classic step moves to hip hop and R&B music. You will be taught the steps and can put your own dance style to it as you feel comfortable. All levels are welcome! Be prepared to have fun and sweat!

PHNX Fight “level 1 & 2"

A high-intensity boxing based class for beginners and experts alike. We will guide you through a fierce 45-minute heavy bag workout that promises to challenge. Other elements included in this class are footwork drills, high-intensity interval training, shadowboxing, plyometric movements, and core exercises.
