30 in 30

In the month of August we got our 30 in 30 challenge back! During the month of August your mission is to get 30 workouts in 30 days. The challenge starts August 1st and goes to August 30th. Anyone who completes all 30 workouts will be entered into our draw for the gran prize winner!!

The Rules:

  • Get a card in studio and put a sticker on each day you worked out.

  •  Each class counts as a workout, so you can have more than one of your 30 workouts in a day.

  • Only FIVE workouts can be done outside of PHNX Fithouse. You must send a picture for proof of the workout to us on Instagram or by email.

  • You can have 2 “Call a Friend” Passes for the month.  This means if you bring a friend who is not a member of PHNX for a workout, that can count towards your 30 workouts for the month.

We have a special unlimited classes membership for the month of August if you are not a member and would like to try the 30 in 30 challenge for only $125 + HST.

Fitness Race Conditioning Class

Whether you want to train for your first fitness race, improve your time for your next one or just challenge yourself in a workout, our Fitness Race Conditioning class is for you!

This 60 minute class is designed to help you prepare for a fitness race over the course of 8 weeks.

These classes will focus on the main exercises used in fitness races or varations of them, plus running to you get your best time at your next race! 

Over the 8 weeks you can work up to and work on using the race weights for the weighted exercises as well as improve your stamina and cardio for race day. 

$200 plus tax for no members, members get 50% off

6 WEEK BOXING PROGRAM!

Whether you just want to learn a new skill, want to wipe the dust off those gloves packed away, or want to level up your boxing. This program is for YOU! For 6 weeks we progress you through the necessary skills needed for the art of boxing. You are guaranteed to sweat, make new friends and build the confidence needed to feel both powerful and safe!

6 WEEK KETTLEBELL PROGRAM!

A powerful full body workout that will improve your core strength and muscular endurance. Build balance, power and muscle using the multi functioning tool of the kettlebell. Kettlebells are excellent for improving muscle tone, body composition, body awareness, and overall strength. Kettlebell training is great for all bodies. Expect to learn a new skill burn fat and sweat!

8-WEEK STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAM

ready to become a stronger version of yourself?

Whether you’re just starting your strength training journey or are looking to set new personal records for your lifts, this 8-week program will provide measurable results with the added benefits of personal growth and community.

To start, we’ll test your baseline physical strength to find your 1-rep max (1RM) with five moves: Bench Press, Squat, Deadlift, Overhead Press and Pull Ups. This will help our coaches gain a better understanding of where you are in your fitness journey.

For the duration of 8 weeks you will be led through a customized strength program. Members in this program can attend up to 4 FLEX (strength conditioning) classes a week. Each week there is a weight percentage increase based on your tested 1RM.

Lastly, we’ll see how far you’ve come by re-testing at the end of the 8-weeks.
